1. Lockdown diaries

As he wiped the perspiration off his face behind the mask, windy breeze hit his face. Smells of the land filled his nose and his hearth with warmth, he could smell his mother making his favorite dessert. Finally, he had one reason to thank the pandemic. It had led to homecoming.

2. Unplugged

He had a lot of fun today, laughed with his dad, reminisced old memories and played board games. After all, mom had hidden his charger.

3. Terrorist

“You survived 68 hours in a terrorist negotiation. You were able to make a compromise and save all the hostages. How do you feel?! “ the journalist asked.
“Like a Terrorist”, she replied.

Haiku

1. Three am in the night
   A wasp flutters
   Under the streetlight.

2. Another sunset in the hills
Wine flavored lips
Cherishing the loneliness.
